"Your CPU is below the minimum requirements" Uplay notification in error?
I have an i7-4770k @ 3.5 GHz and the Uplay notification pops up when I launch WD2 that say my CPU is below minimum requirements? The minimum CPU specs are listed as i5-2400S @ 2.5 GHz / AMD FX 6120 @ 3.5 GHz or better.

www.game-debate.com shows my CPU and computer configuration are well above the minimum requirements for WD2. What gives? Anyone know why Uplay would say my CPU was below minimum specs?

Not a big deal, the game runs pretty good, it just bugs me whenever I log in. Anyone else get this or know what might be causing the notification? Thanks guys.

It seems some people just recommend closing notification because game runs just fine on their PC.

In basic just ignore it lol

I also have a 4770k and I don't get that message. You don't have cores disabled or clock speed reduced in the BIOS or something like that? After some time, I get a message that there isn't enough free RAM for stable framerate, and it does get choppy at first, but it runs smooth enough once it irons itself out.

Thanks for the response. I will have to check bios carefully. cpu-z says it's all working. *shrug*

Hey Maulik Makwana,

May we please know what CPU model you're using?

Disabling the Ubisoft Connect overlay[ubi.li] should also prevent these pop-ups, if your CPU is a supported model.

Hi there!

Have you tried disabling the Ubisoft Connect Overlay?
