This watch dogs is worth?

I want to know if worth buy this watch dogs ? i played the first and i liked.

My pc can run this game easily?

I thought the story of WD1 was basically John Wick but the niece died. And the story of WD2 was a bunch of hipsters commit mass-genocide and hack a bunch of stuff. Story wise they get the same score. The world of WD2 is if San Fransisco was in Africa in the middle of the summer, and WD1 was basically a dark back ally on a cold rainy night.
Still, the WD2 world is in my opinion way better. The weapons and driving in WD2 are way better, just like how you now can actually 'CuSToMize' you character. Sadly, the person developing the clothes was not just high, he just drank a bathtub full of alcohol in 8 seconds. Or you look like the worst hipster in the history of mankind, or you look like a high businessman. You have 6 in-game 'brands', including the DedSec brand, but excluding 'William-Fin', go william-f*ck yourself, i don't want to look like a high business man Ubisoft. And you have an additional 2 clothing sections: The DLC clothing and extra accessories you get by doing challenges 'n stuff. WD2 sadly did DLC VERY wrong. $7 and you get 2 skins and some VERY STUPID looking clothing. And there are a good 20 packs of this $7 skins. And oh? You want some cheap DLC? Here, have a $5 DLC. What's in the DLC? Oh, you can look like a f*cking cowboy. For 5 dollars! But for some reason they added the T-Bone DLC in the game to for $7,wich includes new clothing, an ultimately OP vehicle and a good 10 new co-op missions, and this is for some reason the same price as some clothing and vehicle skins. But still; You can at least customize your character, wich you cannot do in WD1, so thats a step in the right direction. They did delete the mini games in your in-game phone in WD1, but now you can do motorcross and kart-races. When compared WD2, WD2 is a way better game.

WD1 had way better clothes? Are we talking about the same game? WD2 can indeed look like a cratoon but if you want a generic story made by someone who couldn't sleep then you should play WD1. And WD1 had a way better map? The only thing better about WD1 was it's train station. WD1's map looks so depressed that after playing it i started listening to Billy Eilish. I do know that people have different opinions, but come on. Have you actually completed WD2?

You too are stating everything on your post as if it was a fact. And '2 is not entertaining'? Have you even played the game? Because by saying 1 is fun and 2 is a chore, you clearly haven't. In WD1 there are only like 6 outfits, the Iraq mission is the biggest chore in video-game history. I completed it, but this mission should've been put in a GTA game, clearly not a WD game. You have to fight someone who has more armor than a tank, in a cramped spot, whilst other enemies too try to atack you. WD1 was clearly VERY inspired by the GTA franchise, you can see it in the level design. And when you profile somebody in WD1 they look like they've just seen their mom do it with some random guy. These are all problems WD2 tries to resolve.

In WD1 it were whole outfits. In WD2 they are all seperate pieces of clothing. +1 for WD2. The story: Not gonna talk about it, becauase the two games have almist nothing in common about the story. Jordi is finominal and Wrench is finominal. The open world: Chicago has so much rain that Chicago has more water than the ocean. And looks really depressing. WD2's map is really good. Sometimes some textures screw up, but the buildings and the city itself are REALLY good. +1 for WD2. The driving and combat are better in WD2, +1 for WD2. The side activities are better in WD1. +1 for WD1. 3 vs 1.
