New to this game, what exactly is Botnet?
So I read about what Botnet is, and its apparenltly a charge thing for your hacking abilities. However when I hack into civilians or gain more botnet the blue bar doesn't grow or decrease. Why?

Because it's supposed to RECHARGE your botnets. You grow you meter by buying them in the ./research app on your smartphone. Say you hack something and it takes down two botnets - you hack a civilian and you'll gain them back.
