What button is it that you push to toggle the traffic mode?

i read somewhere that you have to hold ctrl button on keyboard.. but id like to know what it is on xbox controller tho

What is traffic mode?

There is no way to activate it using the gamepad, it is a keyboard feature.

The default key is ctrl, you have to hold it.

On gamepad, the triggers allows you to control the speed of the driving since they have analog input.
Since keyboard makes analog input impossible, they implemented a feature that allows you to reduce the speed of your driving to the max speed of the vehicle in front of you.
