Voice chat, is it work? (PC)

First I checked all of option about voice chat and multiplay in Watch dogs 2 setting.

Help please, i just want to joy with other guys!

when party play with other guys, i think they try to conversation
Because i can see the speak icon. But i'm nothing hear!! (Even other sound hear perfectly)

So i try to talk all the time, But i'm not sure it is work
Because i'm nothing hear.

Do you think it it my problem or ubi's problem?

(In other games perfectly worked with my mic.)

Have you configured your mic and voice chat in the uPlay app rather than Steam yep? I have mine set up now but it's still a little patchy. Good luck.

I got this game for christmas and I find it hilarious that everyone in-game is extremely muted and have poor mic qualities, but Ubi literally has ZERO microphone settings both in this game and in their app. Google shows that this has been the case for around a year.
