Uplay/ Watch_Dogs 2 error (Uplay wont launch)
so basically when I tried to launch Watch_Dogs 2 for the first time the window with the icon appeared for about 10 seconds and then closed. After this I tried launching Uplay and was met with an error screen (error code: 0xc0000022). So then I uninstalled Uplay and redownloaded it, it still had the same error, I restarted my pc and had the same error, I tried reinstalling Uplay AGAIN this time through steam and it still didnt launch. SO I downloaded an application called process monitor which helped me discover that when Uplay tried to launch "upc.exe" attempted to create file "libcef.dll" but the access was denied. When I tried to open libcef.dll in Text it told me access was denied. I checked the permissions on both upc.exe and libcef.dll and all the permissions were set properly. So I dont know what else to do, I have tried everything and when I look up my problem I cant find anyone else that has had this same problem.

I had to have Uplay open when I launched it on steam for them to sync and allow me to play...

ok, I had re-installed Uplay from website, located it in its Ubisoft folder, and started the app from that. I needed a Ubisoft/Uplay account. after logging in, it did not find watchdogs 2, so I opened it in steam, and Uplay installed the last 1% of its files, allowing play. after that, no longer needed Uplay open to play.
