How can I lock the framerate?

Is there an in game setting for half refresh rate? is so then just enable that and if your monitor is a 60hz screen it will give you 30fps locked.

yep. for those that have 60hz screens, you can simply use the half sync in game.

otherwise your best choices are nvinspector or afterburner+rtss. just know that rtss 6.3.0 is the latest version that works with the anti cheat software in this game.

I personally use nvidia inspector, go to Watch Dogs 2 as there should already be a profile. under frame rate limit, I put 30 and it plays pretty nicely. It feels nice, as opposed to the 30fps the game offers (sparse vsync) which has bad framepacing.

But vsync makes a lag hit, can I just simply lock it?
