Watch Dogs 2 DLC not loading [SOLVED]

Hey all, After scouring the Internet for a resolution, here's what FINALLY worked!

PROBLEM:
I purchased DLC content through a Steam sale, then watched as it populated in my Steam Library under Watch Dogs 2, including the "Uplay Activations". When in game, nothing showed up though... and when/if it did, it would say to complete a mission I had long since completed, and, contrary to all the threads I was reading, "replaying" the Hacker War mission did NOT work

SOLUTION:
Here's what worked for me.
1) Close any running Uplay or Steam applications.
2) Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Watch_Dogs2\data_win64\dlc"
3) Locate the appropriate folders (I purchased the T-bone pack, Human Conditions, and No Compromise... so for me the folder names were "dlc1", "dlc2", and "dlc3"), and select them and the right-click, and "add to Archive" to name a compressed backups (just in case...)
4) Once the folders are compresses (or backed up elsewhere), delete them.
5) Then, startup Steam
6) Select Watch Dogs 2 in the Library, then right-click it and select Properties
7) Navigate to the Local Files tab
8) Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files

Now you should see the verification meter increasing slowly, and after it's finished you should see the Watch Dogs 2 game start downloading in the Library.

At some point, I believe it's after I started the game, Uplay will startup, so I switched programs (alt+tab) and I saw a prompt from Uplay asking me to allow it to permanently link the DLC's to my Uplay account, and I clicked Yes. Then I switched back to my game.

Once the game started up I almost immediately got the notifications of the purchases being installed (on-screen, in-game!) and got the corresponding calls from Wrench/Sitara.
