Looking for a song

The song plays in Stache and Vine. It's a female lead vocals, kind of popish, the lyrics go something like "You're here, chasing the clouds away, turning the night to day" ... then something about the ocean lol. I've checked the Watch Dogs 2 music playlists on different sights, Tried Songsneak, nothing since it only plays in the shop. Tried a Google lyrics search and nothing. I thought Google finds anything. Anyone know this song?
