Low GPU Usage
Just loaded up Watch Dogs 2 and my GPU and CPU is only being used at around 60% and I'm getting 30 fps.

GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 1080
CPU: Intel i7-4770K @ 3.5 GHz
RAM: 16 GB

Found the fix, here's a vid on it:

Then you most likely enabled half refresh rate vsync instead of normal vsync. This caps your fps at 30 and of course your GPU won't be fully utilized with that framerate cap

What resolution and settings then ? Because the GPU should be maxed out constantly with this game , even with vsync on...

nope, really not. Both my i7 and GTX-1080 never reach 80% with everything set to ultra (1080p @ 60FPS)

That's why I asked for the resolution. I don't expect a 1080 to be used for 1080p gaming in the first place....

You really really should ditch TXAA and any Nvidia gameworks shadows for better performance. Same goes for SSR :/ Those are terrible and can put a 1080 to its knees even at 1080p. But what's weird is the poor GPU utilization... This is not normal at all. Maybe look in your Nvidia control panel to see if you don't have half refresh rate vsync enabled for god knows what reason. If not, a clean install of Nvidia drivers might help

I figured out the fix for it, I'll upload a vid showing how to fix it in a sec, I can max everything out and run at 60 fps just that I have to put the settings to low then back up to max for it to actually utilize my gpu
