is there any fix for dual core pc's like it was for far cry 4?

The game was designed for at least 4 cores, and they would have to change the engine itself to support less than that. Each core is like another processor, so supporting less than 4 would need to be a major change to the programming.

what about far cry 4? that needed 4 cores aswell, i could run it with that Injector software and nobody had to change the engine.

Far Cry 4 came out more than 2 years ago and dual core processors were very much still alive, so the Far Cry 4 engine was probably easier to tweak.

Someday a 4 core processor will be not able to handle a game. Or it will even not start on it. It always depends on how good an engine scales down. I set Watchdogs on 2 Cores in Taskmanager. So the other 2 ones still handle the background tasks. Believe me you wouldn't be satisfied with that experience.
