if you're running like a i2 you need to upgrade
higher end i3s might work
however dual core processers run horribly in almost every modern game
I play GTA5 fine on my duel core.
Fail troll is fail....
Min, Max, Avg
79, 99, 88.061
with only 2 cores of my 4770k @ 4.3
Min, Max, Avg
15, 48, 41.758
the game stutters a bit on 2 cores just walking around and will even freeze up for a couple seconds at times. and 2 cores of my oced 4770k would beat any real dual core out there. plus any real dual core would have nothing left for any background tasks.

"The game utilizes multiple cores, and MANY cores. The threading is very impressive."

Do the gemone a favor and remove yourself from it.
What does GTA5 have to do with anything? Because it's open world with guns and cars? I can mod Minecraft to be 3rd person and have guns and cars.
Minecraft runs fine on my single core.
Do you see the slippery slope?
