I NEED SAVES for watch dogs 2 ....URGENTTTT
i upgraded my rig , changed windows ..installed games in steam library
and now i have to start watchdogs 2 all over again...
HELP... i need all saves for the game completion...i don't want to play everything again ....

Saves can not be shares in recent Ubisoft games.
Every save is attached to specific account. You get save from other player, the game will not accept it.

I think that on ur previous rig, u didnt enable cloud saving. So all ur saves were on ur hard drive. I doubt there is a way to get them back ( i also lost most saves from most games when i changed my rig.. it sucks y :p )

ohh damn..but yes...cloud was bugged...every time i was quitting the game and getting back to desktop there was always that message ''cloud failed to synchronize your saves'' so i was just clicking the ''skip'' button...what the heck....Uplay is responsible for this ...they need to fix it ...

i have got the same problem after reinstalling windows, and i am pretty sure about the cloud save function was on in the past.
now i cant sync back to the save in the pass, nor sync the new local save (i have started the new game again) to the cloud too.

I just recently upgraded my computer and was forced to reinstall windows. Now I cannot sync the old save from uplay, even though it lists the savegame as being available to sync to my computer, so I guess we are on the same boat :/

I have investigated the problem and it appears that whenever uplay tries to sync save games from the cloud, it receives a 403 error (access denied). I currently have a ticket open with ubisoft support about this issue, I will let you know how it goes...

Ubisoft just informed me that the issue has been resolved. I tried it today and I was able to continue from my saves, you should try it too!
