if system ram , close all the unnessary task. e.g. ie explorer.
It's just lazy programming from the developers, so the solution is with the developers to remove it.
There's a Title Update (1.13) coming this Monday which may improve or correct this issue as well.

When you check this Forum post[forums.ubi.com] you'll see that they have the same issue. There's also a message concerning the GPU being below the minimum requirements, which I also have received, that doesn't make sense; maybe the planned Update for this Monday will fix this issue. You may want to check another Discussion here where users are talking about this if you're interested.
For now, just hit the "X" to ignore it and you should still be able to play.
