The Silenced pistol in Watch_dogs 2 is a peashooter.

the core dump pistol is the only silenced pistol in the game.
so i expect it to be atleast decent at it's job as a pistol, but it sucks.
now i could use a diffrent pistol but i think the core dump is a really special gun and it needs a serious damage buff. tell me what you guys think

I think it suits its role well.It isn´t meant as a combat weapon or substitute.It is meant as stealth weapon to shoot guards,windows,tires or other possible obstructions without it directly being traced back to you.If you want a combat reliable stealth weapon,take the Zero Day rifle.It won´t be nearly as good as the .exe or .file rifles,but it isn´t meant to be used in open combat anyways.

The Core Dump is fine when used as intended, for fairly close range headshots. In that scenario it's a one shot drop every time.

it's true, but i find the lack of damage harder to use when using against enemys with helmets.

Combine it with the Stun Gun,Shock Devices or some envoironmental shock source.Any enemy that has been incapacitated with a shock is about as weak as an unarmed civilian.They take a single bullet.

Well, you can as well carry the stun pistol and Zero Day rifle. Once upgraded the stun pistol will take down even a heavy with one shot.

I see no reason to call anything in this game hard. It's way easier than the first one, to the point of becoming boring.

you're not wrong, i actually find the game really easy, but i just think the core dump is a bit lacking. it's just my personal opinion.

Watch_dogs 2 has a large section for guns, and it just feels like some are just utter trash while others are god tier.

To be honest, I tried 2-3 pistols and some shotguns ... but I don't know. It's just that I can't feel the impact or the oomph like I do in other games. Yes, WD2 is not a TPS or even FPS, but other games managed to do it "right". That's why I stopped playing; I would but I can't stand it; maybe someday ...

I don't see how it's going to make an admittedly easy game even easier by overpowering the silenced pistol. You DO realize that much of it's power is being able to use it with stealth don't you? You really want it so powerful that you don't even have to bother getting into proper stealth position to one shot kill with it?

I don't think it should be upgraded because it will kill almost any enemy in a singel shot in the head and it's intended as a stealth gun not a loud gun
