Human Conditions DLC Missions not appearing

When I installed the DLC and booted WD2, I was told the missions were in the DedSec app. Nowhere to be seen. Anyone else having this issue, or have a fix?

I just bought the Season Pass, and the Human Conditions missions appear just fine. Maybe you haven't progressed far enough in the story to actually play them?

I bought the "Human Conditions" DLC on steam, but the missions are not appearing in game. I found the problem but I can't fix it, I downloaded the dlc on steam, but on uplay it says I don't have it.
