Does Razer Synapse Effects FPS?
I've been told from Ubisoft Support to shutdown all my Startup Programs and also Razer Synapse, can anyone confirm they have FPS issues using this?

Because I'm having the same FPS with and without it, 45-50 FPS in the City on Lowest/Highest Preset.

I Have Razer :
KEYBOARD : Razer BlackWidow Chroma RGB
MOUSE : Razer DeathAdder Chroma Gaming Mouse RGB
And no issues, it does not matter if I have Razer Synapse ON or OFF, it does not effect the game performance for me.
I have similar performance as you ,playing all max 1080p.
