recently after getting back into the game (due to the chars being unlikable)

my camera will act normal when following marucs around on foot but when I hop into any car my camera starts to spin around while im not even pushing any buttons hitting the camera button will just throw it back behind me for a second then go back to circling

Have you checked Driving Camera Sensitivity, steering sens, auto-center driving camera, auto-centering speed etc? otherwise uninstall spinhack.
