Ive had this problem to some degree since I started playing when fs17 was released.
I have an AMD Ryzen 1700x processor, EVGA GTX 1080 graphics. I just upgraded from an EVGA 1070 hoping it would help this but it made it worce.
I have published a couple of game play videos on UTUBE to show the problem.
I am really hoping there is something in configuration settings that will help reduce these wave forms that are showing. I have no idea what a setting like say teselation is.
The effect looks like osillating waves. It is most obvious where there are streight lines with high contrast. It causes a flickering effect in the fields and the trees against the sky.
