This was how you did it in the past, sounds like they want it more realistic so you will have to plow before cultivating after 3 harvests. I could be wrong though but thats just how it sounds to me.
I'm pretty sure that they do different things in this new game, I heard that they have done lots of work on plowing
cultivate---->sow--->spray crops--->harvest---->plow---->repeat
so i really thought it was nescessary todo it anyway's.
you normally plow in real life to get wrid of the remaining junk of the crops.
and cultivation is needed to flatten the ground in order to sow your seeds.
i'm not sure but i also believe you get more ingame money when you do it in the correct order.
it increases the quality of your crops =D
it's going to be released the 25th but there's loads of footage around.
there are lots of factsheets from the dev's about the vehicles and footage.
also many articles about the game =D thats probably what they are disscussing.
there's also a small amount of people who had the opportunity to test the game.
