Map Mods loaded, not showing up in new game....HELP
I have downloaded two map mods, one for Goldcrest Valley by Stevie and another fro Sasnovka. Both show up in the Mod area under Installed but are not listed in the Maps and I have not seen therm show up in the Mod list to select them but the other mods I downloaded are all listed.

I have them saved as a the normal zip files in my mods section like maps I had downloaded for FS 15.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Are you saying that when you start a new game, the maps do not turn up in the Select a Map screen?

Ok. Just download Gold Crest Edit by Stevie, which I am assuming is the one you are tallking about, and it loads fine. Not sure why you be having problems with it.

I will ask you the same question that I asked the OP. Are you saying that when you start a new career game that the map does not appear in the Select a Map screen?

That is realy odd. The only thing I can suggest is to verify the integrity of the game cache. Delete the map mods from your mod folder. Redownload them and place them in your mod folder and then see if they work now. It might be an idea to temporarily move all the mods out of the mod folder and just try it with the map mods. Good luck.

It shows up in the mods aare as installed but not showing up where you select mods and so can not start new game. I have the first map from Stevie and the updated one too. I removed from the mods and placed it back in and still not showing up. Samething with Sosnovka map mod but all the other mods work fine.

check your log.txt make sure there isn't a conflict. Install 1 map mod at a time and see if they work individually. I'm playing on stevie's map and have no problem

You're hardly making any sense. You dont have the checklist screen until you select the map. You can select the map by just clicking the left or right arrow when it shows the preview of the regular goldcvrest map. The map you downloaded is a whole new map on its own, it doesnt change the default goldcrest map at all.

Thank you for posting this. I checked my log.txt file and it showed my map mod name was invalid due to it having spaces. So I changed that and the map mod did load. Thank you again for this.
