DEDICATED SERVER (HELP)

Someone please help me!

I'm unable to start my farming sim server, I had it running before and I've tried reseting all the config settings and even deleting all savegames, this is the error I get in the server log file.

Sounds like a permission problem on the config file. Could it be read-only or perhaps not have the right permission for access of the user running the server?

I'm loggined in as admin, using the password and username that the renting company gave me for the server. I should have full permission and I did before.
