Wool stopped producing
So i had about 30 sheep or so. A pallet appeared and started filling up. I was running broke so decided to pull the pallet early ( was about 1500L). After that I let a little over a day pass and no new pallet showed up and wool was at 0%. All need bars were t 100%% and I still tried to overfill and clean "nothing" just to make sue the counters werent bugged.

ANyone else experience this?
If so:
Did you pull the pallet before it was ready?
Was it multiplayer or SP
IS it the new map or sosnovka

For anyone that has this working reliably, can you also answer the questions?

I experienced this last night. I was playing multiplayer on the new map and there never was any wool produced. All other bars at 100% for quite a few in game days and wool stayed at 0% the whole time.

This was a real bummer because we were going all in as Sheep farmers selling off our starter gear to get money along with a loan to purchase lots of sheep and lease equipment to care and feed them so that game is ruined now.

It's not ruined, they'll eventually fix the bug, hopefully sooner rather than later, and then you can do it. sure it sucks you invested that time so far, but eventually you'll be able to do what you want.

Same problem here.
Goldcrest MP

After cleanliness dropped below 50% all production and reproduction stopped.
After bringing cleanliness back up to 100% and filling all other bars there still is no production or reproduction.

BUG ?

I've heard a lot of complaints about livestock being buggy on multiplayer.

I'm still only playing SP, so I haven't experienced it. I sill say on SP that the numbers don't update in real time. Sometimes they will about 30 seconds after I change something and sometimes it's like five or six minutes. Giants is aware of it and I'm sure they're working on it. With it being multiplayer, you may consider having everyone log off and back on or something. I'm not sure.

Yes, i had 130 sheeps on Goldcrest Valley, single player. and was making a decent amount of money with then on sales from the wool, my wool business has working fine from launch date, until today..
Havent produce a single ♥♥♥♥ of wool this whole day.
So i sold all my sheeps and baught 10new one, to see if that was the problem, it wasent.
dosent have anything to say if u take the pallet before it's full, if u take a pallet, a new one is gonna be shown

I tried something out and it worked to get the wool producing again. Save and quit the game, edit your careerSavegame file, do a search for wool, and for the value change it to 50000.000000. Restart game.

Does the wool continue working for long time after this fix? Because there are reports that restarting the map fixes this issue. At least until it breaks again.

So what is working, the restart or the value change?

Not sure, it has spawned 3 pallets for me so far.

Just had this happen. Picked up and sold 2 pallets of wool. 23 sheep, no more wool being produced. Area is clear and clean, sheep are fed and watered.

Goldcrest, SP.

EDIT: Shutdown, restarted. Wool producing again. Nothing else changed.

I noticed the wool keeps being produced in the animals tab. But the timer for breeding and production doesn't count down.

My wool goes up a few percents everytime even without the timer ticking.

Havent been able to test breeding yet.

I thought that maybe this might have been addressed in the latest patch, but I guess not. Today was the first time selling wool. I sold one full pallet at a pretty good price. Waited for another pallet to fill and decided to take it a bit early to sell while the price was good. Since I didn't let the pallet get to 100% it still stopped producing wool.

Hey clown, this is a 3 years old and there was a bug back then. I'm nearly 100% sure what you're experiencing has to do WITH YOU ALONE.

Are you using Seasons Mod? Because wool production and reproduction does stop at certain times of the year. If not, then you have some other issue. Maybe a mod conflict. Try disabling mods one at a time and see if the wool production starts back up.

It's actually less than 2 years old. And just because of that you have to been an ass and not try to help the guy. Your attitude is the reason why alot of people stay away from the Steam forums. It seems to be a bunch of bitter self rightegous a holes that have nothing better to do than call people names for asking for help about something. Maybe he tried the suggestion in this thread and it didn't work and figured since he had the same problem, that this would be the approiate place to ask. Even though it really wasn't as the thread is so old anyway and new thread could have been started. But, still no reason to belittle the person for it.

I have taken half pallets all the time and never happened for me. Must be the lack of mods because I use about a 1000 of them .....for those who blame mods for everything :steammocking:
Dawe Aug 10, 2018 @ 1:01pm

Thanks man, is it seasons mod i get in the files and change it to get wool all over the year...
