Can you confirm on the tabs labelled "Display 1" "Display 2" etc. which device name is shown up please.
Do you only have a Display 1 with Intel HD Graphics? Or is there also another Display 2 tab with something else?

The error you are seeing is related to OpenGL which is a common interface for rendering graphics. If your Intel HD graphics can't handle this then it will cause all sorts of odd errors. Some people have commented receiving errors to do with Shader 3.0 as well which is also a similar issue showing that the GPU can't handle the rendering.
The only thing you can probably do is see whether you can update your Intel HD graphics drivers from your comp/laptop manufacturer's website, but I highly doubt that even doing that will make it run the game.
You will likely not be able to run FS17 unless you buy and install a dedicated graphics card (GPU) such as NVIDIA or AMD which are designed for gaming. This is hard to do if you have a laptop, but easy to do if you have a desktop computer, due to the way modular components work.
FS17 uses a much newer rendering engine than FS15 which I see you've been able to play a bit according to your steam account, and as such has a higher GPU requirement.
Yeah I think unfortunately your GPU isn't powerful enough. Next time before making a purchase of a game it's worth checking the "System Requirements" section on the store page. You can see there the minimum requirements for FS17 are an NVIDIA or AMD GPU of a certain specification.
Unfortunately a lot of people fall into this trap and try to use Intel HD graphics to play high-end games but it just simply won't work I'm afraid.
If you have a console you can buy FS17 on there instead though, maybe that would work better for you since consoles have dedicated graphics cards as standard :)
Yep, even FS15 states it should use an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card, but I guess you just got lucky that your Intel HD graphics supports the rendering technology they used in that game as it is a few years older now. Some games might work ok on it, but a lot of the time it won't support DirectX or OpenGL correctly especially for more modern titles using advanced rendering options.
Error: Unable to start the 3D system.
You must have shader model 3.0.
Install the driver latest videos.
Download the GPU now?
Read my replies above and follow the same steps. You probably only have an Intel HD graphics as well, and no dedicated NVIDIA or AMD graphics, which is required for this game. Sorry.
