Online radio wont connect

I turn it on and it just wont connect

1-are you talking about the ones that are in game already or station you added?

2-go to optoins (in-game, not main menu), make sure radio is enabled, and then set it to either vechile only or always. then pess 4 and 6 to cycle stations, and 5 to mute the radio

You cycle past the "ingame staions you will get a notification letting you know that content online is not rated by the esrb or what ever the notification is (i dont remember exactly.)
There are 3 online radio stations one contry station, one PoP station and a top 40 station called Simulator radio (the one i listen to the most when it works) so no he ment the online ones already in the game and for the sake of dicussion i am having the same issue. when and if they do connect its choppy at best.

I would like to add my own streaming stations to the game but none of the sites ive found end in the .mp3 .m3u or .pls if anyone know of a site [in english please; found a site in dutch but I dont speak dutch] it would be appriciated

main topic- depends on where you live, somne of the stations wont work. only the country station works for me since im in the usa.
