Sorry, I haven't had a chance to really play this game yet, so I don't have a real answer.

That likely means the loader is so low that it is lifting your front wheels off the ground. Lift it up a bit (You can hold down the left mouse button and operate the loader - I don't use the mouse anymore, kept having to change my sensitivity up so now I use J,K,M,N (J up arms, K up attachment, M down arms, N down attachment)
You also need to make sure you line up the end of the frontloader boom properly with the implement to attach it.
