Square Bales?

I cant seem to find a square baler. Seems there are on only two machines that actually bale and both are round even though the icon shows a square bale both machines are new holland.

The square baker should be the second baler on the right. It looks bigger than the round one too.

The icon is different for round and square bales. If you only have the new Holland balers then as mentioned above it's the expensiver of the two.

I've gotta say that I'm chuckling to myself here because I saw another thread earlier that claimed that there was no ROUND baler. Not laughing at you, mind, but the reversal amuses me. Yes, the first baler does round bales, and the second (larger and more expensive) baler does square bales. Until I do a little more research, I am sticking with square ones, since the round ones were virtually useless in FS 15. You could only sell them or use a bale wrapper to make silage.

do the round bales sell for more than the square bales?

I believe they sell for the same price. As for being able to tell which baler does what, I look at the back of the baler. Square will a rack at the back and round one doesn't.

i know which ones will do what but i dont know if the square bales sell for more or less than the round bales and i dont want to spend a ton of money on equipment just to sell it again to go get different bailing stuff.
