There should be an option for that implement that says something along the lines of "unload here." If you use that, then you'll be able to make a pile there that you can pick up with a front loader and the proper attachment. Or, if you mean that you stuck a pallet with fertilizer in the back and drove it to your farm (and that now it is stuck back there), then try resetting the tipper. It should hopefully reappear at the shop, and the pallet should drop to the ground where the tipper was sitting before.

I cant refill sower from the ground either

The tippers themselves aren't really equipped with anything to "pick up" things from piles on the ground. If you think about it from the perspective of someone who is looking for a realistic simulator, refilling from the ground would basically amount to you, as a farmer, getting out and shoveling stuff back into it with your bare hands. What you will need to do is get a front loader or a front loader attachment for one of your tractors, buy a bucket for the front, and use that to pick the piles up off of the ground. You can lease them if you're only planning on doing it one or two times.

But sowers and fertilizers can pick up from big bags but not from trailers. Thats the strange thing as I see it

Yeah, I know. In FS 15 and 13, there were pallets of seeds and tanks of fertilizer that served as points where you could go and refill your implements, but I have yet to find a point like that in FS 17. I think they made it so that you could refill from those bags/pallets so that you would not be 100% crippled if you didn't think to buy a front loader. You would just have to drive over to the bag that you bought. Also, a lot of people get really frustrated by using front loaders, so can you imagine trying to use one every single time you seeded a field if you already had trouble using one? Yeesh.

The simplest thing to do, though, is to just hire a worker to seed and fertilize while you do something else. They don't need to refill.

But thats damn expensive tho

It's not too bad. If you were to hire absolutely EVERYTHING for one of your starting fields (cultivate/seed/fertilize x3/harvest), you would probably spend around $3k. Your harvest would then be worth probably about $12k. I usually have one guy harvesting, then start another guy behind him cultivating after he has gotten a head start, then another sowing once the second guy has made some progress. This is largely because I can't keep my rows very straight. Meanwhile, I run the tipper back and forth to drop points and fertilize when needed.
Also the auger wagons can hold seed and fertilizer, so if you want you can fill auger wagons with them at the store and then fill your sowers from the auger wagons. Of course, you need two of them.

it is way more than 3k on hard. I hired a AI worker to cultivate then seed 1 field with me supplying the seed and fertilizer manually and it cost me $2k. Can't imagine what it would cost if I let him buy the supplies as he worked then add in the harvesting and fertlizing, no thanks. I will do it myself lol.
