this sort of helped for me but i cant connect to mod hub or multiplayer can anyone help me with this?
It is for the game Smite but don't worry it works just fine for FS17 too. With this fix you don't need to block the connection with the Windows firewall.
This person knows whats up. For the record I had to block 3 Exe's in order to get it to work.
easy fix thx for the info i can play fs17 and use modhub again, just have to close the blank cmd prompt window after your in-game. Maybe intel 11 gen related due to the different architecture and how OPENSSL_ia32.dll works. Also does anyone now a better cmd to close the cmd prompt window after a safe time period? (i.e. add a 60 second pause?) read the reddit post for more info.
open the steam properties for the game, paste the command into the launcher options
cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"
