Novacat 301 ED, X8 ED and the GA 9531 on NH 8340

Ok a lot of numbers there, buy here is the problem. I have the Novacat triple mower set up on front and the GA 9531 windrower on the back of the starting New Holland 8340. But when I try to turn on all of the implements only two will come on at once, so either the front mower and windrower, or both mowers and no widrower etc. Is this a bug? Or is there a game mechanic I am missing?

I think i figured it out the big mower needs a LOT of HP, more than my tractor could provide. I was not aware it was a hard limit.
