Report a translation problem
The first thing which pops into my mind was maps by something Bill or Oxygen Dave something. If memory serves they were big map makers at FS-UK which is now closed/dead.
It is the same way maps are made with factories or more realistic equipment/options built into them without having to use a mod or placeable.
To be fair, I am old, only in my 60's, not as old as OP, but my memory may be faulty. ha! 07
