Pull it to get the work done? Very possible.
Try to get as close to that power rating as your funds will allow...to far below and you gonna have issues.
50-80HP below and you should be ok, though the tool may have some sway and hill may be bit of an issue.
Do some work for other farmers to build up some funds, it doesn't take long. You won't regret it.
As long as you're being smart and you're not trying to use some thing like the H488 or Major 80 then you shouldn't have too many problems. The starter Case & NH ( Zetor Forterra ) will handle it. At the higher lvl I've had the vario 700 ( base engine ) pull the pronto and thats 105hp less than what it says you need in the shop
