Sheep don't need straw, they make their own bedding. To get cleanliness, use a front loader bucket and clean up the little piles of grass near the feed trough. Just ut them right back in the trough, it's fine.

i'm still trying to figure out, tho, how straw bedding is done. with the dairy sheep in chamburg valley, in case anyone could answer that for me. i have the chickpeas straw bales, and gyrax straw spreader at the dairy sheep enclosure, but i'm not getting it to work so far. thanks.
