The xbox contoller is fine to use but the stearing can be a little jittery sometimes if the game had a proper sensitivity settings that could fine tune the stearing it would be all good. The deadzone is like .14 I changed that to .20 but it doesn't seem to have changed and I actually had to manually change it in the .xml file. On foot turning sensitivity is way too slow if you could change it to a higher than 200% setting that would be great.
The xbox axis's in the settings need to be clearer too what is what like?
<devices>
<device name="XINPUT_GAMEPAD" id="0_XINPUT_GAMEPAD">
<attributes axis="0" deadzone="0.200000" sensitivity="2.000000"/>
<attributes axis="1" deadzone="0.200000" sensitivity="2.000000"/>
<attributes axis="2" deadzone="0.200000" sensitivity="2.000000"/>
<attributes axis="3" deadzone="0.200000" sensitivity="2.000000"/>
<attributes axis="4" deadzone="0.200000" sensitivity="2.000000"/>
<attributes axis="5" deadzone="0.200000" sensitivity="2.000000"/>
</device>
</devices>
Gonna see if changing sensitivity to 3 will make a difference but back to what axis is what?!

Running on xb1 is RT so axis 6 (axis=5) is RT why would you need an axis for the RT? LT=5
<axis name="AXIS_LOOK_UPDOWN_PLAYER" category="ONFOOT" key1="KEY_down" key2="KEY_up" device="1" button="" axis="AXIS_4" invert="false" isHalfAxis="false" mouse="" mouseAxis="" key3="" key4="" button1="" button2="" mouseInvert="false" visible="true"/>
<axis name="AXIS_LOOK_LEFTRIGHT_PLAYER" category="ONFOOT" key1="KEY_right" key2="KEY_left" device="1" button="" axis="AXIS_3" invert="false" isHalfAxis="false" mouse="" mouseAxis="" key3="" key4="" button1="" button2="" mouseInvert="false" visible="true"/>
Axis 3/4 = RS so LS = 1/2 1 being left/right movement.
As I am about to order the collector's edition of FS17 along with the complete farming sim controller pack, I am curious if you have any source for this info?
Not the part about Logitech buying Saitek, but that they are coming out with new controllers.
