Is there a reason why it isn't collecting the sugar beet ? It's fully grown, says remove tops but yet it won't collect anything!

The Maus isn't for harvesting. It's for loading beets from the ground and into trailers.
You need the Tiger, to harvest the sugar beets.

Just realised that.... so what is the point exactly of the Maus?
When harvesting the sugar beets wouldn't you put them into a tipper when full 1st time around?

Why would you dump them onto the floor just to gather them up again with the Maus?

Or am I missing the point?

More of a realism thing, in my opinion. Can't off the top of my head remember if the beet harvester can actually unload into semi-trailers due to height.

If you look it up, videos would show in real life how it's used to pick up beets from the ground and load into a semi-trailer parked on the road.

Pretty sure you can't store beet/potatos in silos (without mods), so if you wanna wait for prices to go up you gotta *store* it on the gound , or buy loads of trailers i guess.
