As .com typed, there is one in Giants modhub which does the same thing. Be certain to read the directions/description.
I don't recall which site I looked in (it was Europe) but this mod's comments were scathing. Multiple people reporting the poster was a mod thief who likes to grab others' work and add viruses to them before re-posting on the shady mod hosting sites. I always scan all mods with virus checkers and Malwarebytes, but I won't d/l something someone states HAS a virus.
I wish Giants would improve the in-game mod admin, or open a Steam Workshop.
