Create multiplayer game

I have tried to create a multiplayer game to play with a friend who lives overseas. I created the game in multiplayer but when I come out of the game and try to go back in, it's become a regular single player career game. It also doesn't appear on the multiplayer server list of games. What am I doing wrong?

That is correct if you are using your PC to host. When you quit the game it closes the multiplayer session and you have to start it again when you want to play again. It is not a permamnent server just uses your PC to let others connect to you as long as you are playing.

You can also setup a dedicated server so it stays running 24/7 for you and your freind to join anytime. You can also rent these cheaply from companies at rent server for various multiplayer games.
