need a little mod help
got a modded wheelloader shovel i would like to increase capacity on (for singleplayer bga)
i upped the capacity to 50k from 10k but now... welll lets just say shovel stays on ground when i lift.
i would still like the effect from load as normal, so weight need to be 1/5 of whatever it is here. But unsure what line to change.

noone knows?

capacity="50000"/> is to heavy for your tractor/telehandler maybe even to heavy for a front loader without rear attaching weights. Change to 40000 max and download these weights for telhandler/frontloader

i know its to heavy, but i i want to change the weight of the load of the loaded item
basicly i want 50.000 silage weigh as much as 10.000.
I am pretty sure you can do that, like changing the 59k semi trailer to hold 100k and still have it weigh like it was only 59k. Otherwise you could'nt pull it uphill etc

Use the weights.

The ONLY way to do this would be to moddify the base weight of each crop type.
I do not think this is possible with a config edit.

i know you could do it with a simple config edit in 15, just need to alter the fillvolume somehow, it has some kind of weight ratio.

Alot has changed in FS17. The weight of a crop is no longer defined in each individual mod, but instead uses a global multiplier.

Easiest thing IMO would be to get this mod:
https://www.modhoster.com/mods/filltypemassadjustment-fur-ls17-realistische-ladegewichte

Then use it to change the weight multipliers of each crop to whatever you want it to be.

Edit: Look at the bottom of the description for the link to the unrealistic version

Hi, I wouldn't go in that way. Instead of changing mass of each crop, which can break your game
balance, I recommend to try modify tractor itself. Current problem that tractor can't lift that huge mass ~ 50 tonn. OK, what I will try to do:
- change motor settings, to bring more HP, e.g. 600-900 hp.
- change wheels settings - spring and dumper, otherwise your wheels will die under such weight
- probably your may need to change tractor center of mass.
You will need play a bit with values in order to adjust them to that values which you need.
Anyway I was able to do the same for trailers, now they can load 300-500 tonn.
