Kuhn DLC on merger attachment

Hi, two questions on the merger. 1.) Can you change the directon where it makes the windrow? It only seems to make the windrow on the left from what I seen, and 2.) Does it work on straw? (or whatever it's called that harvesters spill out when threshing wheat/barley

I presume you mean the "windrower" or "swather"...?

1) nope. the working side is depending on the construction.

2) yes. but normally the output row of the harvester already is a big enough swath to be picked up by the baler (or forage wagon)

If you're talking about the Merge Maxx, then yes you can change sides with the "Y" key which is the default key. Sides are left, right and middle. Yes it will work with swath from harvesters as well as grass and hay
