Also depends if you're bothered about multifruits or not as some maps have them.
Personally I'm playing Coldborough Park Farm at the mo and loving it. But will at some point move to the W. Coast and Oakfield farm (when it comes out).
In my experience anything by either BulletBill83 or OxygenDavid is going to be an awesome map.
Edit to add: The Nick the hick reviews (one of which was linked to above) are not bad to watch but for good map overviews check out someone on youtube called Farmer Klein - he's done around 100 different mod map first impressions, he's quite thorough and goes through pros and cons of maps, any log errors as well as starting fleet and a full farm and map facility drive around.
