Kentuky farmer did a video on prices and made a spreadsheet. Biggest thing to note is this is only data gathered from 1 week game period. And thus the mins and maxes are not the true mins and maxes but a good average. For instance I have seen my wheat prices at over $1,000 during non demand times. where he shows them at a max of 900. But its a good place to start.

when it is green.

Green = good price. Red = poor price. Blue = High demand price will stay stable for duration of demand. Use the biggest trailer you can to sell goods, selling will effect the price you can get.

Also, be aware that the price can and will drop on you during the sell if you sell a full train (maybe a big enough trailer) load at one time. I found out the hard way. I had the highest price for sugarcane and before I sold the enitre train load, the price had bottomed out.

There is a commodity prices mod. That gives an on screen display of high / low / average.

I thought I got it from the mod hu but I cannot find it. If you search online you will find it. Search for commodity prices mod.
