Getting headers from the store to the farm

If I buy an attachment like a sower, or tree saw, or whatever, how can I get it back to my farm without having to drive a tractor all the way to the store??

I bought a header trailer and put it on my pickup truck, but I couldn't get the things onto the trailer.

How do people do it?

Attach the combine header to the combine. Then lift and drive to the trailer. Lower the header and disconnect from combine.

but that requires that the combine be at the store? Is there no way to get it back without driving another vehicle there?

Not to my knowledge. There was a mod to stick headers on to a front (wheel) loader.

well if it was real and one was at the agro store buying a comb, then probably a crane would be hired to load it on to a trailer.
there's no uncle martin wiggly fingers here.

Odds are modded maps only. They might not have changed it on Sosnovka (reset to farm in FS15-Gold) though. Atleast on Goldcrest it resets to the shop.

Reset vehicles - some maps have reset point on your farm and some at shop.

Nope Sosnovka it resets to the shop aswell.
