Blank slate map?

I was hoping someone had already done this or knew of someone working on a mod for this. The idea being that I have a map that does not come with pre-purchased equipment or fields. I'd like to be able to decide which fields and equipment I buy from the start. I'm not wanting an excessive amount of money but perhaps provide the cost of two fields and the equipment the game normally provides, to allow personal choice. I find a lot of times the map starts me out with two fields that are no where near one another or I have equipment I do not want. I know I can sell the equipment but the fields can not yet be sold without a mod as I understand it.

Anyway, I'm not sure how challenging the modding or map making is so I apologize if this is an unrealistic request!

So what youre looking for is ie the base map starting with nothing at all?

you can ofc plan and alter your savegame change field ownership in economy.xml ad some money in careersave.xml so you can sell and buy equipment and placebles
when everuthing is to your liking set money back to a realistic amount and start your map from there

Randy - Yes I'm looking for a base map that has no equipment or fields pre-purchased. Perhaps an open area to place your placeables but nothing already purchased. Seems a bit more realistic.

Okay, spidy beat me to it as that was the same i would suggest doing.. this would let you play the map you like the most too and not just a map that meets the "no fields owned" part..
Its not that hard to do really, but might be if its the first time doing something new.. so if you need help just let us know :)

I've been using Spidy's example for myself as i like to build stuff up from scratch and place alot of placeables myself. After selling and buying the start vehicles i tend to only keep 10000EU and have 2 fields or even one depending on map.

I think its the best solution without starting to edit the maps.. and its also pretty easy to do :)

Not just the easiest, but I'd say by far the fastest way to get to your goal too... Unless you REALLY have to have a truly "blank" map.
