Well... If its just removing buildings so you can place your own placeables in the empty space, you don't actually need to be very good friends... Even I can delete buildings. It's the actual creating or placing new buildings and stuff that requires more skill.. (skills I don't have, believe me, I have tried...)
Agreed, But, where are the sell point for logs? There are a sawmill that take some logs and woodchips. but that one only produse woodpallets. I need to get rid of tons of logs, cant just chip all that lumber. :) Since I dont use the cheating mission system, I prefer loging as main starting money. Other then that, the map is awesome.
The case with Pine cove, for me tho. And it is my humble opinion. Stevie could use the building that follow the game, the placed buildings on the farm is not that different from the original. And one other minor thing. Why does he plase a silage silo on the farm? When he have placed a fermenter there, that produce silage. It is what I call "butter on bacon".
