I agree. I lived in Seattle for many years and the map "feels" like the Pacific NW to me. Perhaps somewhere just east of the Cascades in southern Washington or northern Oregon. There are many small, farming communities that shunt right up next to and through the Cascades. The map still reminds me of home.
Notice the lake to the west of the stretch that is heading north-south, that is were Ravenport would be and Goldcrest Vally would be around Jones dr.
By the way, the devs might not even realize that there was an actual route 242 that would sort of line up with the ones from there maps IRL and for all that I know, they might have even forgotten that route 242 in Goldcrest goes east-west when they decided to put the sign in to Ravenport.
