i cant update game i bought it from fs website then i try to install update 1.4 it says its not english version so wtf is this???

Well, if you bought it from the FS website, you can't get your money back on Steam. If you did you could, but only if you had it less than 2 weeks and played it less than (IIRC) 2 hours.

If you bought it from the FS website, then download the update from the FS website.

For the people they have not buy the game from Steam you need to take the patch they are make for the non Steam version,
