when should I cut the GRASS ?

How long should I leave it before i can MOW it ?

when its ready to mow

It will be just as tall and have flowers like the other grass.

Beside that, if you still have the grass active in your fields menu, using the growing stages filters and color codes, grass would have the same orange color as the grass elsewhere on the map where you do not mow it.
