unfortunately, I did not keep my hay the first time I harvested my fields. I would now like to buy pigs, so how can i also buy hay ?

I think you mean straw.
But yes, you can buy straw bales, you need this mod:

You would need a mod to buy straw. There is no way to buy in the base game unmodded.
