How to add mods to a dedicated server?

Hello, thinking about getting a dedicated server for my friend and I to play on. Is it self explanotory adding mods? If not, how do I add them?

Yes it easy. On the control panel for the dedicated server there is a mod section, the mods on the mod hub are already listed you just click the download button to add them. If you use mods from other websites there is a spot to select a file on your computer and upload them to server.

Once you have the ones you want loaded on the server you just activate them and then start the server and done.

Simple and easy.

I rented a server with nitrado, I don't see anywhere to add mods, change the name/password for the server, or select what region(intercontinental, germany, european). Saw a youtube video where the guy said to click on the web interface button on the dashboard and its supposed to take you to farming simulator interface and do all that there, but when I click on it, it says unable to connect check your connection and try again. My connection is fine since I can go to any other website.

You will need to contact the technical support for the server then and see what is up if you can't get to the interface.

Trying to contact them, but they haven't replied. And when I logged on to that site, it had my server set for Unturned, and I never added that game on there. Wish those sites gave people a one day free trial to see if it works.

Called the company, they said they upgraded the hardware at the new york center. It's working now. Got the mods uploaded just fine, but the map goes all the way to 100%, then it has my server name and tells me to log in with my server password. I do that, then the map isn't on the list of mods.

I use Nitrado. Multiplay also does.

Any server rental company has to install the Giants interface so they all will have easy access to add mods and manage your server.

For Nitrado. Log into your account, click on the My Services, click on Web Interface Login gear icon for your FS17 server, then you will see a linkl to the Farming Simulator interface with the username and password. Click on the link to get to the interdace login and enter the username and password.

From there you can go to the mod page and upload mods or download the ones off modhub.
