You can't harvest with the header raised.

He's talking about the reel adjustment, though. You can adjust the spacing and height of the reel by holding a mouse button, but it has no effect in the game.

Ah that's a shame. Although I suppose the crop mechanics would need to be quite a bit more complex for the reel height / distance to actually matter. Oh well still fun :)
